Named after a track by jazz bass great Jaco Pastorius, Three Views of a Secret is a blend of grapes Patrice has sourced from Domaine Humbrecht, an Alsace-based biodynamic domaine. It consists of one third each of Pinot Gris, Muscat & Gewurtztraminer. 4 weeks on the skins has given the wine a unique almost marbled orange/pinkish colour. A wonderfully flavoursome and perfectly balanced wine. Texture for days.
About the Producer

Leaving the bright lights of Paris in 2009, Patrice Béguet and Caroline Hughes returned home to the little village of Mesnay in Jura to pursue his dream of making experimental, natural wine.

Committed to all aspects of ecology, organic and biodynamic methods, his wines are Demeter certified. This is unusual for such a small producer.

Drawing inspiration from his love of jazz and the diverse scenery of Jura; his range of wines are electric, textural and complex.
