The négociant project of the driven and ambitious Théo Dancer who is one of the most exciting young winemakers in Burgundy right now. He also happens to be the son of the legendary Vincent Dancer. 

Savagnin sourced from a trusted grower in Rotalier. This is the same town in Jura as Jean-Francois Ganevat and Julien Labet. 

Amouth-wateringly racy wine made in the ouillé style ("filled up") with superb texture. Magic. Drive, length and finesse: a talented Burgundy grower’s take on the Jura.

About the Producer

Although small in size, the name Dancer produces some of the most sought after wines coming out of Burgundy today.

Originally from Alsace, Vincent came to Burgundy to spend some time in his family’s vineyards. There, he instantly fell in love with the prospect of viticulture and vinification. In 1996 and completely self-taught, he became a vigneron.

From his early days, Vincent was a forward-thinking pioneer. He was the first vigneron in Chassagne-Montrachet to receive organic certification and although the practice is more common today, he’s still one of just a few. His farming methodology is transparent, honest, and one that allows the vines to speak for themselves.

Three years ago, Dancer was joined by his son, Théo. Today, the pair runs the estate together as a father-son duo. All farming and cellar decisions are made as a team.

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Wrong Addresses or No Recipients
Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
