Where the Great Wall meets the coast of the Bohai Sea.

35 year old Cabernet Sauvignon vines from the Fengjiashan vineyard that have been hand harvested, de-stemmed and fermented for 2 weeks before malolactic fermentation in used oak barrels. Aged for a further 10 months in these barrels.

A lot lighter than the typical Cabernet Sauvignon with a lingering finish of dark chocolate, spice and leather. 
About the Producer

Shofang was founded in 2019 by winemaker Hu Shofang and her husband Li Liwei in Qinhuangdao, Hebei. Like how most winemaking journeys end up, after 6 years of study and work in Australia, Shofang went back to her hometown, Qinhuangdao in Hebei Province, and stepped into the new chapter. However, by the time she went back, she got her husband and winemaker Levi on her side. They work with the local fruits, not only the grapes and take over the old vineyards and put new training on. They also source the grapes from other premium regions to produce wines they love to drink and share.

Shofang focuses on natural winemaking and authentic local expression. They produce wines using the local aromatic Rose grape, and distinctive whites and fortified wines that highlight the region’s unique terroir. With creativity, elegance, and a strong belief in China’s winemaking potential, Shofang is shaping a modern yet deeply rooted voice for Chinese wine.

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
