Young vines planted over steep slopes of clay and limestone in the village of Plottes. Pierre’s only red is complete, precise, and aromatic. From a warmer year, this is ruby in colour and perfumed with complex notes of berries, earth and spice.

In 2019, Pierre received an exceedingly rare offer to buy a small secluded plot of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in the commune of Plottes. He could not pass up such an exceptional opportunity – it had never seen any chemicals and was in the hills completely surrounded by forest – and thus his first vintage of Le Parc was born.

About the Producer

After leaving Paris behind to complete his winemaking studies in Beaune, Pierre amassed an impeccable resumé, working alongside the likes of Jean-Yves Bizot, Philippe Valette and Alexandre Jouveaux. However, his style doesn’t obviously mimic those of his mentors and rather, the wines that emerge from the cellar adjacent to his home in the Mácon village of Uchizy feel refreshingly new.

In 2019, Pierre was lucky enough to begin farming a parcel named Le Parc–a secluded spot surrounded by forest in the hills above the village of Plottes where Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are planted on steep slopes of clay and limestone. The vines had been farmed organically for decades, making for a dream start for Pierre. He has since acquired small parcels in neighboring villages such as Chardonnay, Lugny, Tournus and Uchizy and now farms a total of four hectares of vines with a great respect for nature.

In the cellar Pierre works with a sensibility and lightness of touch that produce wines of uncommon purity. Though these are early days, his humble nature, coupled with such obvious talent, suggest that the sky’s the limit for this young grower.

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
