Still flying somewhat under the radar, perhaps because Pierre Mang is a young winemaker who is not on Instagram. But not for much longer.


In just a few years, he has emerged as one of the most thoughtful and alluring of a new generation of wine makers in Burgundy.

Leaving Paris behind to complete his winemaking studies in Beaune, Pierre amassed an impeccable résumé, working alongside the likes of Jean-Yves Bizot, Philippe Valette and Alexandre Jouveaux. However, his style doesn’t mimic those of his mentors. Rather, the wines that emerge from the cellar adjacent to his home in the Mâcon village of Uchizy feel refreshingly new.

In 2019, Pierre received an exceedingly rare offer to buy a small secluded plot of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in the commune of Plottes. He could not pass up such an exceptional opportunity – it had never seen any chemicals and was in the hills completely surrounded by forest – and thus his first vintage of Le Parc was born.

Pierre has since acquired small parcels in the neighbouring villages of Chardonnay, Lugny, Tournus and Uchizy and now farms a total of 4 hectares with a great respect for nature.

He dilligently completes all the fieldwork and vinification himself. In the cellar, Pierre tries to make wines in the simplest and most sensitive way – working with a sensibility and lightness of touch to express the terroir and vintage as much as he can – producing wines of uncommon purity.

We were fortunate enough to help Pierre during harvest in 2025 and it is rare to meet a winemaker of such honesty and humility. The sky’s the limit for this young winemaker.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Wrong Addresses or No Recipients
Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
