A delicately hued orange wine of refined elegance and abundant energy.

Aged entirely in clay amphorae, the 2023 vintage brings together Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc from Dane's historic Tonimbuk site.

This is where 47 year old vines sink their roots deep into coarse, weathered granite soils and where the ancient terroir imparts the wine's signature lean, mineral-driven character with a precise structure that speaks directly of place. 

This is winemaking at its purest: an unfiltered expression of terroir, vintage and time.
About the Producer

Dane Johns has carved a formidable reputation making some of Australia's best natural wines. His hugely popular Momento Mori wines have a cult following and it's not hard to see why. The Nikau Farms wines are from Dane and Hannah's Gippsland vineyards.

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
