The original blend. Named after a once-eponymous venue in London's East End. Passing Clouds is ethereal, uplifting and perfect for celebrations.

Sparkling and refreshing with bright acidity and a heady nose of flowers, honey and ripe fruits. Dry, complex and floral with multiple dimensions of flavours - it sits somewhere between a pet-nat, a light beer and a cider.

About the Producer

Beyond Alternative

MURI is inspired by the gastronomic community in Copenhagen, particularly the city’s expertise in fermentation. They use culinary techniques and unusual ingredients to create blends that go beyond other alternatives.

Obsessed by flavour development and changing perceptions around the non-alcoholic category, the team at Muri are devoted to quality which is why they work with small-scale farmers and forage botanicals in Danish forests.

By using flavours and techniques connected to a culinary sphere, the cuvées are an ideal companion to a plate of food. A progressive take on the traditional wine pairing.

Murray Paterson founded Muri in 2020 after working as a distiller at the groundbreaking Empirical Spirits distillery in Denmark. Ioakeim Goulidis then joined after a spell at the Noma Fermentation Laboratory.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
