Mizubasho Junmai Daiginjo SUI

Nagai Brewery sits in the picturesque natural landscape of Kawaba Village in Gunma Prefecture. Established in 1886 by Shoji Nagai who purchased the mountainous area dotted with rice fields, for its pristine natural spring water flowing from the Tone river and cold winters, an area perfectly suited to the production of fine sake.

In 1992, the brewery was reborn, and a new brand was introduced, Mizubasho, named after the endangered delicate white Mizubasho flower which only grows in the region of Oze. The focus of the new brand was placed on combining traditional brewing methods passed down from previous generations with newer improved brewing technology.

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Wrong Addresses or No Recipients
Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
