Wanting to continue experimenting with winemaking with cuvées under his own name, Jerome created Maison Jérôme Lefèvre. 

Since 2021, the Maison's trading status has enabled the necessary supplies to achieve objectives that extend to the best of the terroir. Because the ambition is to experiment with wines that are always different and always bold, whether explosive or more sensitive, Jérôme Lefèvre

It’s impossible to classify Jerome’s style. Each cuvée comes from specific parcels and are experimental. He seeks the boundaries of what Champagne allows him to do and sometimes tries new techniques while maintaining respect of the terroir.

Because the ambition is to experiment with wines that are always different and always bold, whether explosive or more sensitive, Jérôme’s cuvées are unique and new vintages each year. Rather than a range of repeated vintages, it is a true collection.

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Wrong Addresses or No Recipients
Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
