About the Producer

Founded by Hop Dude Derrek Burston, West Coast Brewing is a Shizuoka-based brewery that aims to bring modern American beers to Japan. Derrek's journey began with his craft beer bar Twelve, which led to him importing beers and later brewing his own from 2019. Playful and vibrant, his beers are hop forward and ever changing with the latest and freshest hops.
