The wild creation of notable UK Master of Wine and bottlewasher, Tim Wildman.

Pét-Nat is The Wildman’s thing, and anyone who has followed the progression of the style in Australia would have come across his cult bottling, Astro Bunny. Inspired by the Pét-Nats from the Loire Valley he was drinking in London wine bars, Tim quit the day job and moved from the UK to South Australia in 2013 to fulfil his dream of making an Australian pét-nat, and he got straight to it—2014 was his first vintage.
