Meinklang Graupert Grauburgunder 2021

An easy clean orange wine made from Pinot Gris grapes macerated 2 weeks in stainless steel tanks, then transferred to concrete egg to rest for 6 months. Pinot Gris grapes are from the winery's own vines, which are farmed biodynamically. Minimal sulphite additions, unfiltered and unfined. Notes of orange zest, spicy herbs and candied ginger. Enjoy slightly chilled! We like this with Indian cuisine and other spicy dishes.
