Delicate aroma of grappa, notes of ripe white fruits, pear, peach and pineapple.
Distilleria Levi Serafino di Levi Romano, Grappa Arneis is an exquisite grappa made from Arneis grape pomace left over from the production of the great wines of Piedmont. The grapes are grown mainly in Roero on the left bank of the Tanaro. At the end of the distillation, grappa is aged for 3-4 months in old Piedmont barrels made of various types of wood to add richness and form the structure of the drink. At the same time, the freshness of grappa and the varietal aroma of Arneis grapes are preserved. Grappa is bottled without the addition of caramel or other colorants at a strength of 42%. The original labels are drawn by Romano Levi himself.
Grappa is recommended to be served as a digestif, on ice, or used for making cocktails.
