About the Producer

Two Rabbits Brewing Company is a brewery located in Omihachiman, in Shiga, Japan run by owner/head-brewer, Sean and his wife Collette Ayako. The name Two Rabbits Brewing comes from a Japanese proverb that says, “He who chases two rabbits catches neither.”
