
Matassa Marguerite Blanc 2023
Languedoc-Rousillon / France
A blend of Macabeu, Moscato di Alessandria and Muscat Blanc à Petit Grain, fermented on skins using native yeast in old wood and then aging in small, used barriques for 10 to 12 months. No sulfur is added during vinification. Intense, fresh with tropical fruit notes, Margeurite is vibrant, intense and fresh, with tropical fruit notes of mango and butter, and a lengthy finish. Marguerite is named after Tom's wife Natalie's grandmother.
