A series of initial cuvées led by Patrick and Justine. G&M is a blend of Gewurztraminer, Muscat and Riesling grapes. A light orange wine made in Auvergne with grapes sourced from elsewhere. The blend changes year to year. G&M 2022 is a beautiful, clean and aromatic skin-sy wine with tropical notes of papaya and melon. A delight!

Iconic winemaker Patrick Bouju is the man behind Domaine La Boheme. He has several small plots of vines around his village in the Auvergne region, and the soil is heavily basaltic thanks to the chain of extinct volcanoes. His wines are quaffable natural wines that are fermented spontaneously with native yeast, and are not fined or filtered.
