A delicate red with red fruit and floral aromas. Hand harvested Poulsard grapes from vineyards in organic conversion. Whole bunch spontaneous fermented with indigenous yeast in old oak barrels, aged for a further 9 months. Bottled with no filtration or fining. Tiny production, with great potential for aging.

Benjamin Benoit took over his family winery at the age of 23 years old after the unexpected passing of his father. The winery is located in the famous Arbois Pupillin region, where he also grew up. Traditional Jura grapes are used to make their wines, and production is very limited.
