Todd The Axe Man is an DDH Single Malt IPA that Amager originally developed with Surly Brewing from Minneapolis. It has become so popular it's now their signature beer, an IPA that all connoisseurs associate with Amager Bryghus. The malt base is the British Golden Promise malt, originally developed to make whisky from. It is hoppy whole twice on fermentation tank for extra very aromatic hop scent. With its bastante hops, it is a beer that can easily match spicy and savoury tapas dishes.
