The perfect wine to take you from day to night! Pinot Gris comes from Robert Surmann’s vineyard in Totness. Fruit is destemmed and left to rest for four days before being pressed into a ceramic egg and fermented for two weeks. It finishes on lees in the bottle for five months and then disgorged.
About the Producer

Anton Van Klopper is considered one of the pioneers of the natural wine movement. He makes different wines each year with the same unshakable passion for natural wine. Made on the Lucy M farm in Basket Range, on Peramangk Land, in South Australia.
