Another great cuvee from Barossa luminary Tom Shobbrook.

This is a blend of Semillon, Riesling and Muscat blanc, all grown on sand over clay in Vine Vale, which saw elevage in large casks. There’s no skin contact here but there is nonetheless a faint orange hue and a feeling of generosity, with fruit in the realm of preserved stone fruits and a rich, subtly oily texture.
About the Producer

Tom Shobbrook makes wines in Flaxman Valley, on the eastern slopes of Barossa Ranges in South
Australia. He makes wines with minimal intervention, by hand and with organically grown fruits.
After 12 years of growing grapes and making wines on their farm in Seppeltsfield, things have come to an
end. Tom now has 2 hectares of vines in Flaxman Valley and has given us the first vintage in 2019. The farm
sits at 540 meters over the ocean.
