110-years old selection massage Gamay at 500 meters of altitude, exposed south-east on marno-calcareous soil. Cherry, raspberry, spices, alpine herbs, a breeze of fir, a touch of smoke. Sappy, fragrant, intense, complex, endlessly layered... The depth and purity is astonishing and unending. What an achievement, what a wine! Zero sulphite added.
About the Producer

Tailleurs Cailleurs (meaning pruners-pickers) are based in the village of Saint-Jean-Ie-Vieux, on northern side of Bugey. Here Chloé Bey and Jordan d'Osualdo farm a number of small plots spread across the area, working organically and biodynamically in order to promote a healthy and active ecosystem around the vines. In the cellar, no sulphur is used at any stage and all wines are aged in demi-muids before bottling without filtration.
