Known as Japan's first luxury beer, Rococo Tokyo White is embraced by chefs and sommeliers in Japan and overseas. Since it's 2018 launch in Japan, Rococo was served in over 100 Michelin-starred restaurants in Japan alone. Brewed using naturally purified underground waters of Mount Fuji, the beer is also unpasteurised and unfiltered.
Rococo is a Hefeweizen beer is made to complement, rather than overpower, the subtle flavours of fine cuisine. Not bitter like you'd expect a beer to be, but instead it is delicate, silky and fruity, perfect for even those who do not typically drink beer. Enjoy in a Gabriel glass or wine glass!
