Full Up is a new pastry-laden Imperial Stout made with pals at Altitude Brewing in Queenstown, New Zealand. Rob flew over with a pack of one of the team's favorite bikkies from back home while they laid down the base for a liquid version of said bikkie. This is a deliciously lactose-heavy foundation of over nine types of specialty malts, juxtaposed by light and fluffy chocolate-coated marshmallows sitting on a shortcake biscuit base. Unable to accommodate any more adjuncts, this is one of One Drop's biggest stouts to date. We’re Full Up y'all!
