Destemmed Sauvignon Blanc left to soak and ferment on berries for one month in an 800L ceramic egg. The berries are then removed and pressed, and added back. This is a fun orange wine from the Basket Range with a perfumed richness of Turkish delight and beeswax candles.
About the Producer

Anton Van Klopper is considered one of the pioneers of the natural wine movement. He makes different wines each year with the same unshakable passion for natural wine. Made on the Lucy M farm in Basket Range, on Peramangk Land, in South Australia.
