Made with hand-picked and whole pressed ume plums from Wakayama, Hyogo mountain water and organic sugar cane. It is from the deciduous eastern Asian tree that bears the ume, related to the plum and apricot with fragrant white, pink, or red blossoms in winter.
Perfect to drink chilled on its own. Add it in to your favourite gin, vodka or spirit to give it a refreshing twist.

The Kimino philosophy is to create simple, transparent and healthier drinks that can be enjoyed daily. Following the Japanese Kanso philosophy, only what is truly necessary is used.
