Gimme gimme more. That's what you should be thinking after the first taste of this pear based ultra funky and electric cuvee. Britneys pears is made with 80% pears (Alexander Lucas and Conference) and 20% apples (Aroma), to keep the cuvee focused and balanced. Consisting mostly of pears, this cuvee retains more residual sugar than the rest of our lineup, which makes the beverage very fruity and easy to drink.
The 2020 cuvee consists of 80% Alexandre Lucas and Conference pears, gathered from all their local growers and producers, all fermented together in glass fiber tanks. After the fermentation, it is stored for a while before blending in 20% direct pressed Aroma apples, to balance out the pears sweetness and funky aroma.
