Grapes: Pinot Noir, Gamay, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon
This is a delicious blend of some of the Loire Valley 's most famous grape varieties and some other rare varieties only found in the Les Cailloux du Paradis area. The blend includes Pinot Noir , Cabernet Franc, Cot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay and others. The wine ferments and matures in old barriques. It has wonderful aromas of crunchy red berries and spicy aromas, with subtle and elegant smoky notes.
