A collaboration between Decideret and Weirdloose Overdrive.
A really glou glou wine-ish cider as it drinks like a light red wine.
Mathias and Melissa from Weirdloose Overdreive brought all their pressed red grape skins of different cold climate varieties to Decideret. They were instantly macerated for 8 days with fermenting juice of Holsteiner Cox and Rød Aroma apples from Fyn.
The purple coloured liquid exudes spice on the nose and is juicy on the palate with bright acidity and black pepper.
