Champagne Jean Josselin are located in Gyé Sur Seine, in the Côte des Bars. Here, Jean Pierre and Véronique are gradually handing over to Jean Félix and Lucile, their children. At the estate, no grapes are purchased. The champagnes come exclusively from the vines they cultivate!

Jean Félix is ​​a passionate and meticulous person. The work in the vineyard is intense: plowing where and when necessary so as not to compact the soil too much. Meticulous disbudding in order to control yields and make the harvest qualitative. Grapes are harvested by hand and transferred directly to the family vat room.

The vineyard is made up of 14 plots and benefit from different exposures, bringing a beautiful diversity to the wines of the estate. They cultivate Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, the 3 main Champagne grape varieties. The continental climate and the clay-limestone soils allow Jean-Félix to produce elegant and fruity champagnes.
