A delicate red made with Poulsard. Whole bunch spontaneous fermented grapes with indigenous yeast in old oak barrels are aged for a further 9 months. Think red fruit and floral aromas.
Tiny production, with great potential for aging.

The winery is located in the famous Arbois Pupillin region. Benoit took over his family winery at the age of 23 years old after the unexpected passing of his father. The traditional Jura grapes are used to make their wines and production is very limited.
