Beyond the Firs is a wonderful and sessionable West Coast Pale featuring some of Burnt Mill's favourite hop varieties. Tasting notes of bright tangerine and grapefruit aromas with a subtle piney bitterness. A grist of Pale, Wheat, Oats, Flaked Barley & Rice gave us a lean wort that was hopped in the whirlpool with Citra & Centennial. Dry hopped with Citra, Centennial & HBC431 for bright tangerine and grapefruit aromas with a subtle piney bitterness.
About the Producer

Born on a small farm in Suffolk, England, Burnt Mill have become a rare but well respected find in the UK. Barely exported so we are lucky to have some of their relaxed pales and IPAs that are inspired by nature. Check these guys for west coast pales and IPAs, it is their forte!
