A West Coast Double IPA! Fireworks-like festival of hops! This extraordinarily complex yet balanced double IPA is dry-hopped twice with whole flower cones and then krausened at packaging. The hop character (bitterness, flavor, aroma) is profound – vast and impactful like the local Suruga Bay is deep and magnificent.
About the Producer

Minoh Beer was founded in 1996 by Masaji Oshita who was at the time the owner of a liquor shop in Osaka. He wanted more interesting beer varieties in Japan and after the brewing laws changed in 1994, he was able to establish a small craft beer brewery of his own. He chose the city of Minoh in north-western Osaka, famous for its national parks and wild monkeys.
