A free flowing gamay, literally, with no pressure from machines or hands. Grapes are simply trampled and macerated for a week, before being poured into an old dish. Voila. Wild yet elegant and pure, you want to dominate a dance floor.

Cyrille Vuillod produces all-Gamay wines with three different elevage methods - oak barrels, concrete egg and clay amphorae. All his wines are bottled under Vin de France to allow maximum freedom to work any way he wants. His wines are natural and very fine, and SO2 addition is avoided as much as possible.
